3.3 One Account Per User
Each subscription is intended for use by a single household. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limitations, pricing structures, or access restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
4.1 Subscription Options
Epix IPTV offers a range of subscription plans with different durations and connection allowances. Full details of current plans and pricing are available at iptv-epix.online/pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time, though changes will not affect active subscriptions mid-term.
4.2 Billing & Payment
- All payments are processed securely through our supported payment gateways.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Epix IPTV to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
- Subscriptions are non-recurring by default unless you have opted into auto-renewal.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, banking fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
If you opt into auto-renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team before the renewal date.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Epix IPTV is not responsible for any interruption to your service resulting from a failed payment.
5. Free Trial
Epix IPTV may offer a free trial to new users. The following conditions apply to the free trial:
- Free trials are available once per user, per household, and per payment method.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- The trial period and its duration are determined at the sole discretion of Epix IPTV and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Upon expiration of the free trial, continued access requires the purchase of a paid subscription.
- Abuse of the free trial system — including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials — will result in permanent suspension.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
By using Epix IPTV, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your subscription credentials with individuals outside your household.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes, including streaming to paying audiences, without prior written consent from Epix IPTV.
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, digital rights management systems, or access controls.

7.2 License to Use
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content through the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant you any right to download, copy, record, redistribute, or exploit content in any other way.
7.3 Recording & Redistribution
You may not record, capture, download, or redistribute any content accessed through the Service, whether for personal archiving or any other purpose. Any unauthorized recording or redistribution of content constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may violate copyright law.
7.4 Epix IPTV Trademarks
The Epix IPTV name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Epix IPTV. You may not use any of our trademarks without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability & Uptime
8.1 Best Efforts Uptime
Epix IPTV strives to maintain a high level of service availability and targets a 99.9% uptime rate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service at all times.
8.2 Planned Maintenance
We may periodically take the Service offline for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or technical improvements. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime via our website or support channels.
8.3 Force Majeure
Epix IPTV shall not be held liable for any interruption, degradation, or failure of the Service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or acts of war.
8.4 Channel & Content Availability
The specific channels and VOD content available through the Service may change at any time due to licensing constraints, broadcasting rights changes, or other factors outside our control. The removal of specific channels or titles does not constitute grounds for a refund unless it results in a fundamental degradation of the overall service.
9. Devices & Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device(s) and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for using Epix IPTV. Minimum recommended specifications include:
- Internet Speed: 25 Mbps for HD streaming; 50 Mbps or above for 4K streaming
- Supported Devices: Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs, iOS, Windows, Mac, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and other compatible IPTV players
- IPTV Player: A compatible third-party IPTV player application (e.g., IPTV Smarters Pro, TiViMate, GSE IPTV)
Epix IPTV is not responsible for streaming issues caused by insufficient internet speed, outdated hardware, incompatible devices, or incorrect setup by the user. Setup guides are available at iptv-epix.online/guides.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Refund Policy in full.
Key points:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time.
11. Termination & Suspension
11.1 Termination by Epix IPTV
Epix IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or repeated failed payments
- Sharing of account credentials or subscription reselling
- Any other conduct that Epix IPTV, in its sole discretion, deems harmful to the Service or other users
In cases of serious breach, termination will be immediate and no refund will be issued.
11.2 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at iptv-epix.online. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will lose access to all content and account data associated with your subscription.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Epix IPTV Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
