- Incorrect charge: You were billed for a plan or amount that differs from what was agreed at the time of purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased a subscription but did not use it.
- You experienced buffering or quality issues caused by your own internet connection speed or hardware.
- You failed to test the service during the free trial period before purchasing.
- You purchased a plan but decided to switch to a different plan or provider.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Requests for partial refunds on multi-month or annual plans after the first 7 days of the subscription.
3. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review, regardless of the reason stated.

8. Subscription Cancellation
